Jim Russell is the Chief Information Office and VP for Digital Strategy and Planning at 麻豆直播. Previously he served the City University of New York as the Academic Integration Manager for an ERP implementation at CUNY and as the Director of Instructional Technology at Baruch College, a senior college in the City University of New York. His research interests include organizational change, analytics, private sector methodologies in higher education and government, and learning technologies. He holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Kutztown University and has more than 30 years of experience in higher education.
